my stay at firenze 2000 was nothing short of tragic, the room was dirty, and the bathroom door wouldn't close properly. also, there was a strange and inconvenient €9 extra charge that was not mentioned anywhere. how dare they not treat me to a complimentary drink after all of this! I almost gave them a good review, but I just couldn't.
